A consultant, coach and real estate veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Ron has worked with hundreds of REALTORS® and developed successful teams across North America. He has helped lenders, title and other professionals in building their referral-based businesses.
Together, Ron and Mark Leader have launched Leaders 1 on 1 CoachingTM, a customized, one-on-one coaching program that focuses on integrating business plans with life plans and turning "checkbook" REALTORS® into actual businesspeople who can implement the fundamental systems of business - finance, marketing, accounting, human resources, lead generation, time management and other functions - in order to take their real estate businesses to the next level while still finding balance in their lives to be with family and do those things they really want.
His extensive background includes portfolio and asset management; commercial investment and residential brokerage; commercial leasing and management; lending; market research focusing on financial analysis and strategic planning; client support; team development/building; and accountability management.
Ron has a deep portfolio of coaching experience. While taking courses at Landmark Education, Ron began doing life coaching and real estate coaching at By Referral Only. Beginning in early 2006, he became an accountability coach at Corcoran Consulting & Coaching where he had maintained an average client retention rate five times longer than the average of most coaches, thus he had happy clients!
Ron began his real estate career in 1979, practicing in Colorado, California and all around the western United States where he spent nearly 10 years in commercial investment real estate. In 1989, Ron earned his MBA/Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Ariz. Ron has also taught undergraduate and graduate-level business classes for several private universities.
