Their passion and persistence has earned them a spot in the 2004 International President Elite Club. Even better, they have DOUBLED their income every year since taking the Leader’s Choice program.
Laura Curson and Claudia Gaguine have worked hard to get where they are. 2002 marked the beginning of the pair’s record-breaking real estate sales career targeting the Miami-Dade Condo Market. They credit both teaming up, and taking the Leader’s Choice program, with skyrocketing their careers.
Dedicated and disciplined, they prospected passionately and never took no for an answer. “The Beach Team” knew in order to succeed they would have to work hard and work smart. They farm and send mail packages consistently, network, advertise a lot, and prospect, prospect, prospect! Now that they have established a solid reputation they also gain many clients by way of referrals.
Persistence is a quality that has helped them get to where they are today. During Leader’s Choice, they learned to prospect, prospect, prospect, and never give up. Making 200 phone calls a day, they became strong on the phone and not let the word “no” bother them. “You can’t win them all, but so what?” says Laura. Moving on to the next client is what it takes to become successful.
“The Leader’s Choice program changed my life in so many ways. I’ve become stronger. I wasn’t driven before. The program gave me the best tools and prospecting techniques” says Laura. Through the Leader’s Choice program, The Beach Team learned to work smart, allowing them to become successful while still having a life outside of work. They’ve been able to spend more time with their families, select which clients they would like to work with and become more productive.
